The finished product
Before leaving for Tucson, Carmen got to open up some presents from Mama and Dada and Grandma Jo (i.e., those too big to pack). Here's a chair just her size, enjoyed with Sombra.
Grandma Jo kicks the Legos up a notch with this awesome farm set.

On to Tucson

We were joined by brother George, a very handsome man.

Good Friends for the New Year
In a great moment of synchronicity, our friends Gillian and Clare were in Tucson for a wedding. Friends Anna and Adam (and their son Quinn) already live there, so we were able to get together with all of them a few times. Christina and Carmen joined Aunties Gillian, Clare, and Anna and Quinn for a walk in Sabino Canyon.
I don't think we're in Salt Lake anymore.
